Hello there, I’m Victoria,

I am a freelance private chef available to work on luxury yachts, in private villas, and for both corporate and private events.

A Little About Me:

I began my professional journey in the world of finance, climbing the ranks to become a Bank Director. After a decade in the banking sector, I realized my heart yearned for something entirely different. I left the security of my banking career and embarked on a journey of self-discovery in search of a new purpose. I travelled the world, and it was during this time that I found myself on the unfamiliar deck of a luxury yacht as a deckhand-stewardess.

Fate then guided me into the ship’s kitchen to prepare an unexpected dinner for the guests. The appreciation and praise I received that day ignited a spark within me and led me into the world of gastronomy.

After a couple of years of cooking, I decided to follow my dream of becoming a formally trained chef. In 2019, I completed a 1★ Michelin-star gastronomic chef’s course at Gastronomicom Cookery School in Agde, South West France.

In 2020, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in MasterChef Hungary. After competing against thousands of applicants, I made it to the semi-finals in televised episodes. This was a challenging and educational experience that I truly enjoyed.

In 2023, I participated in the prestigious Yacht Chef Competition in Monaco. While the ultimate victory eluded me, the experience taught me valuable lessons in perseverance and personal development.

I am passionate about continuously learning new skills, particularly exploring cultural cuisines. In 2024, I travelled to Tokyo to learn authentic Japanese sushi preparation methods under expert guidance.

My Cooking Style:

My cooking style reflects the way I like to eat: fresh, healthy, and interesting food with an emphasis on detail. I am experienced in accommodating a variety of dietary requirements, including gluten-free, lactose-free, paleo, and more.

Over the past 15 years, I have gained a wealth of experience working on both private and charter yachts, cooking in destinations such as the United States, the Caribbean, Japan, and the Mediterranean.
